I can not ship hard copies of commissions. You will receive a large format digital copy in jpeg/jpg file format via email or note on DA. If you do require hard copies, it can be arranged. However, it will cost extra for shipping/shipping insurance and printing. We can discuss it later on! In some cases, you may be sent a small print version in addition to the digital file as a backup for confirmation of work done for transfer of digital files. I can not proceed to make the work until full payment has been made (after discussion about the price and information related to the work of course). After you are done with the payment, I will show you the initial sketch/draft and show it to you. It will be only done after it is upfront and confirmed, I will continue to finish the work. You will be notified of the proceedings of your commission and may ask about minor changes. I reserve the right to decline any commission request. I reserve the full rights on the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (Usage and or partial usage for commercial usage -aka non-personal use- etc can be purchased additionally). If you have ordered a large commission and wish to pay with a payment plan that can also be arranged. I will only accept PayPal commissions or through Commiss.io. However if you feel you would want to make 
donation of the amount equal to the money ($1 = 80 ) and can be done for small type ones. The 20% taken off by DeviantArt will be included as extra. Please provide with references accordingly. Drawing from written description only costs extra, as I have to design the character. I will reserve the right to the redesigns to the character that are not in the original reference of yours. If you want to own the rights to those, don't hesitate to speak to me. Individual commission will be priced based on hours worked, your character, image complexity, style and typso the prices below are estimates. Lots of changes to a work will increase the amount of hours worked and increase the price. Prices vary based on the project. After a piece has been commissioned and sent to you, you may use it for personal use including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, and personal site display and/or blogs with a link back or credit in some place there or not, though it's always appreciated since it keeps the business and client-artist relationship running! You may not however claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. Any further use will require discussing with me, whether for commercial or non-commercial use. Feel free to ask me, if you are unsure about its intended use.
If you use the commissioned piece for commercial purpose you must tell me beforehand so and we can discuss about it. Prices listed here are for rough estimates on personal use price only. Professional commissions will require you to notify me beforehand, so prices can be adjusted accordingly. Prices vary depending on the project. I will submit the pieces in my deviantART gallery or other places and keep one for showcasing with credit given to you for your character and that it is your commission. For Photomanipulations/Mixed Media, when stocks and resources from others are used, the work would follow criteria/guidelines each individual stock has which would require you to contact them as well if you want to consider commercial applications while contacting me. Otherwise, you also have to follow the resource guidelines which will be provided through the work when submitted here in credits. All commissions are non refundable after receiving the work. Professional Commissions
I also accept 'professional' commissions which are for works that are used in a professional or commercial manner. These include book illustrations, album/book cover, site art, etc. If you are interested in owning rights and/or increase particular license limits, you must state so when you are ordering. You do not automatically have the rights to the image without my expressed written consent and a contract.Price Estimates

2. Environment/Landscape/Scenery Examples
Landscapes and backgrounds are priced piece by piece, depending on the project and size. Simple backgrounds (not environmental, simple, etc) are not charged extra. Bigger pieces with more complicated pieces, etc will be priced accordingly and will be higher. For works that are printed, or done traditionally, the larger sizes increases price. More Info
Excessive and heavy changes when works are continuing will cost extra when I show you the sketches. Further serious changes will not be made after the sketch period and after it has been shown to you (unless it's a mistake I had made). After the sketch period, your money will not be refunded for that portion. Please note that it could take from a week to a month (or more) depending on the complexity and type of work (such as finding suitable stock resources). No Rushing! Please! You will be notified of the progress of the work. This enables me to take my time on doing your work with care
